Shipping Policy

We stand by the quality of our products and trust that you will be satisfied with your purchase at Stellar Boutique.

Delivery of items over the value of R2000 is free within South Africa.
A delivery fee of R99 will be charged on orders less than R2000.

We ship internationally to most countries. Please contact us for shipping information and costs at sales@stellarboutique.co.za.

Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible once your order has been processed and the payment has been authorised.

  • Our distribution network operates from 09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday.
  • Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery.
  • Our distribution network is closed on public holidays and weekends.
  • If the product line you have purchased becomes sold out at the time of your transaction, we will contact you to find out whether you will accept a substitute colour/style, otherwise your purchase/s will be credited back to you.
  • Delivery is not available to PO Boxes.
  • Deliveries to mines, game farms, reserves, farms, smallholdings, townships and outlying areas may take longer and incur additional charges. Please contact us for a quote if you’re unsure.

We will do everything we can to ensure your order arrives on time, but please allow for circumstances which might affect deliveries to your area such as extreme weather, or disruption to postal services, road freight or airlines.

We cannot accept liability for any losses or other expenses caused by delays or situations which are out of our control.

Deliveries may be tracked via our courier service, whose details will be supplied within your purchase and shipping confirmation email.
